| auto non-payment, suicide attempt [state of pa]
my vehicle was demolished by a vehicle driven by a minor who claimed to be attempting to commit suicide.
i don't believe there was any investigation of the incident after the father of the minor told the ins. co. that there was a suicide attempt.
nationwide ins submits that they don't pay anybody in this case, and that i must pursue a settlement through a personal lawsuit of the vehicle owner.
this seems highly unusual to me. i have spoken to an acquaintence who works in the state att'y general office, and his contacts say that there is still liability on the insurance company.
can you provide insight or facts that may help me to obtain payment for my loss?
thank you |
