I guess by your sarcasm you do not wish to hear the other parts of the case. NIght versus day, visiblity, loose shopping carts, etc. So if you don't have something educated to say please don't say it. Thanks

I answered your only question to the best of my ability. I have to assume there is no more pertinent information otherwise you would have posted it.

So, was the supermarket driving?

Since I am so open minded, how about you provide the rest of the details you think mean you can win your case since my ESP is on the fritz today, and I'll overlook your attempt to play 20 Questions.

While it's sarcastic, the answer of whether the supermarket was driving answers your question of whether you can sue it. If there's more information, then post it. What do you expect when you don't provide all of the parts of the case?
