| aviation waiver of liability
Our church has a group of pilots wanting to fly our staff and persons in the congregation for medical reasons at no cost. Is there a legal waiver of liability in case of catastrophic accident that will protect our estates other than our aviation insurance policy. I found Angel Flights waiver of liability and would work for the medical transport but not carriage of the staff. any suggestions would be appreciated. |
