What is the name of your state? I reside in New York and a few weeks ago I had fallen on some ice in a Housing Authority Parking Lot, in which that area was not properly maintained and free from ice and snow. It was not even salted. As a result, I had fallen on the ice and now I have 3 bulging discs. I am not sure as to if I should settle for what the adjuster wants or to still fight them and make sure that all my medical is paid and that I am compensated for all my pain and suffering
