My child has a 4 foot bike jump in our back yard. One of his friends was showing off and hurt himself when he fell. His parents brought him to the hospital and he has a mild concussion. Can they sue me? I have no insurance, I'm a renter.

I AM ALWAYS LIABLE

My response:

Sure they can. And they'd win, also.

You knew about, allowed to be created, and maintained, a dangerous condition on your property - - and, for all intents and purposes, it is "your" property for the duration of your rental agreement.
