I was serverly injured in a boating accident. Me and a friend were riding in his boat when we struck and submerged object in a lake. I was thrown out of the boat and was run over by the propeller cutting through my arm causing two compound fractures,one finger severed and a gash across the top of my head. I've since had two surgeries and only have 50% motion in my arm. I have developed arthoritis and in consant pain.

What we hit was a mound of clay mud that and oil company put over a pipeline that they had burried. I was only 2'' under the surface of the water. The mound is 3' high from the bottom of the lake. The water level in the lake was just over 3' at the time.

Is the oil company responsible?
