Both people left the scene of accident

What is the name of your state? Florida

Earlier today I dropped one of my co-employee's off at work and used her car to do a favor for her and probably about 10 seconds after I pulled out of the parking lot of where we work I got in an accident. I was going down a 4 lane road in the lane closest to the turning lane and a lady (that I also work with) pulled out of another road to the right of me where there is a stop sign at and hit me we pulled in a parking lot right there and claimed that I was speeding which the speed limit is 45MPH and I was only doin like 30 because I didn't have enough time to even start speeding from where we work at because it is only about 100 feet away from the crash scene. So, anyways I called the owner of the car and she walked over there and then a guy from inside a store right there said the cops are on their way that someone had called them. Well my license are suspended until I finish a class that I have to take which I am waiting right now for the day of the class and the owner of the car doesn't have insurance so the owner of the car and the other lady that caused the crash by running out in front of me agreed that they would go on to work and deal w/ it later since it wasn't nothin to serious. Now basically the lady that ran out in front of me now she is admitting that she didn't see me when she pulled out but she said in the morning she will go and get an estimate of how much it will take her car to get fixed (which basically its just a scratch on her bumper) Anyways, I don't think this is fair because she caused the accident and the car I was driving is much worse it needs a new fender, new head lights, new bumber, and windshield from where I hit my head on it. So, anyways I was wandering if since she wanted to leave the scene instead of wait for the cops if I would still have to fix her car when she gets this estimate or if she can take legal action. Please let me know ASAP I appreciate it. Thanks

The lady got an estimate of $400. So does anyone know if I should have to pay this?
