Broken ribs

I fell through a rotten dock and broke some ribs. The owner is at fault and their adjuster wants to settle quickly. I've talked to an attorney but was wondering what is a fair settlement amount. It's been six months since the incident and my doctor thinks that this is probably as good as it's going to get. I can work but I'm still in pain. I can not run marathons anymore and it's difficult to do other sports related activities.

talk to an attorney.....did you HIRE the lawyer?

did you go to the doctors get mri's build a case against the dock owner.

Of course they want to settle quickly...because you are a fool and they know it. the quicker they settle, the less chance they have of a fool like you figuring out he got ripped off.

Plus once you settle if your pain gets worse TOUGH LUCK!

Now do you think a lawyer is not worth hiring?
