My friend slipped on her friends condo entrance stairs in the state of ma. The owner (her friend) had previously informed the condo association about the slippery(when wet) mossy stairs. She has been in decreasing discomfort for months and consulted an attny. The attny wants to sue the association and her friend the condo owner for med exp as my friends med ins was just cancelled that month due to a job change. This is putting a strain on their friendship and the attny said tail bone suit would only cover the med exp of up to about $3000 she is already at that cost and fears signing off because of the cont discomfort and fears losing her friend in the end. Should she get a 2nd legal opinion even after contracting with her current attny?
