If I am a collision repair facility, and charge a fair but necessary rate to make a reasonable profit, is the customer's insurance company obligated to pay the bill in full to their client to render payment to the repair facility? I understand, ultimately, the customer is responsible for the final bill, but would that type of denial be in violation of the "Unfair Claims Practice" laws?
