I want to know if it is legal in the state of Mississippi to sell a car unseen to a business and verify that it's in good shape no problems and never been wrecked. We just bought 6 vans for our business and I know we bought two unseen but they were supposed to be the same as the others and in excellent shape. Well the most expensive one that we never saw has been wrecked. The whole side of it actually leans over to one side with other a couple of individuals in the vehicle. Unbelieveable. Imagine it filled with 15 individuals and pulling a trailor. Pretty sad looking. If you look at the side you can actually see the bodywork (which was bad anyway) and see the long crack from one end to another and the different paint. Can we do anything. It's been one month and the man still won't return our phone calls
