CALI GIRL IN PAIN AND CONFUSED

I am in California. One year ago i was a passenger in a car accident. The accident did not involve any other cars. It was due to driver negligence, the driver checked her pager and flipped the car. I did get an attorney but they aren't doing anything, i dont even know if they dropped my case. Its been exactly a year today and i am still in extreme pain.

SO Here's My Question:

Do i have any chance now of getting any compensation?
