can i file a lawsuit against a lab?

If a lab did a urine drug screen and did not follow protocols for obtaining it and the results were incorrect which i have proven with a hair analysis do i have a lawsuit and what type of lawyer do i need. i have also lost my job due to this and probably my professional license.

You seem to have a very tough case, but a hungry personal injury or employment lawyer may talk to you. But as the lab will fight incredibly hard, the lawyer would have to be very hungry or have a few other claims in the drawer ready to add to yours, I'd guess. But contact a few and ask.
