can i sue my wifes insurance?

my wifes boat was hooked to her car in our
yard and i was in the boat getting it ready
to take to the water way at the beach- the
motor blew up in my face and i was taken to
a burn center for days-i do not have insurance except for medicare- i will need
plastic surgery on my face once it heels
ive been in terrible pain- can i legally
sue her auto insurance for damages to the
boat and my face and arms? not to mention
the hospital and burn center and ambulance
drive from one state to another? how do i go about it if i can?

there sure are some rude people in the world!
by the way- i can spell but the burns to my
face,arms,and eyes made it a little harder
to type and see the keys on the key board! i
hope you never have to find out what its like
because their is rude and unsympathic people
out there!! and NO i was not smoking- i DONT
smoke!
