can someone actually get 5 million dollars from me?


Im being sued for five million from a hit and run. From what I know the car that i hit was empty but the person said he was in the car in the police report. do you guys have any advice? thanks

Getting sued from a hit and run huh? Good, you should have stayed at the scene. If you would have stayed, then there would have been a police report if the damage was over a certain dollar amount and the police report would have stated if the other person was in the other vehicle or not. Why would you hit a vehicle and leave? Think you wouldn't be caught?
