Can They Make Me Pay That????/


i LIVE IN ST.PAIL MINNESOTA AND ME AND MY BOYFRIENDAND I
GOT PULLED OVER AND HE DID NOT HAVE A LICESENSE ANDHE GOT A DAR AND THEN THEY TOWED OUR VAN WITH THE TOWING COMPANY THAT THE CITY OF MAPLEWOOD USES WHICH IS D&D TOWING ,i CALLED THERE AND WAS CONNECTED TO 2 DIFFERENT PEOPLE AND WAS SAID IF YOU COULD MAKE A DEAL WITH THE BIG BOSS MAN,AND THEN THE BIG BOSS MAN CALLED BACK AND TOLD ME THAT IF i DID NOT HAVE THE 700.00 TO GET IT OUT TODAY THAT I HAVE TO PAY HIM 206.00 AND SIGN THE TITLE OF THE VAN OVER TO GET MY CARSEATS,ETC.. FROM THE VAN,BECAUSE THEY NEED THE MONEY FOR THE TOW,BUT THE KELLY BLUEBOOK VALUE OF THE VAN S $5,900.00 SO THEY SAID IF I DO NOT GIVE THEM EITHER AMOUNT THEY ARE GOING TO AUCTION IT OF IN 45 DAYS AND MY BOYFRIENDS NAME WILL BE SENT TO A CREDITOR TO SUBMIT PAYMENT FOR THE STORAGE AND TOWING IT DOES NOT SOUND RIGHT AT ALL SO PLEASE ANY ADVICE IS HELPFUL AT THIS POINT THANKS

First, turn off your caps button - it comes across as yelling.

Second, don't you and your boyfriend know it's against the law to drive without a license? I also bet you don't have insurance...

Last but not least...yes, they can charge you and I think there is more to your story...
