So here's my question. I hit a woman and did not get her info. I had no insurance. Her first words were I am gonna sue the hell out of you.Can she see my assets and in my bank account? It was a fender bender how far can she take this? I have not heard from her, there was no police report or witnesses. What can she do? I am totally willing to pay for her damages but can she easily claim more just cause I did'nt have insurance and don't have her info?
