No. If the accident was caused by someone else, their insurance should supply a rental car till you settle. If the accident was your fault, all insurance companies provide rental car riders (additional cost of course) in case your car is not drivable. If the other party was at fault and has no insurance, you can sue them. In either case, it is ultimately up to you to provide transportation for yourself, not the insurance company. And the insurance company only has to pay if you cannot work due to injury, not loss of transportation. Sorry.
