Candy Ants

I was involved in an incident with my landlord. I accidentally swallowed a bunch of ants inside a lollipop (don't laugh), which were offered to guests and tenents. I was verbally abused when I reported the incident to the landlord. They treated me unprofessionally and unkindly. Is there a case here? Please reply with a damage estimate. Thank you.
