car accident

What is the name of your state?
West Virginia

I was test driving a car, it was a very narrow road & there was a car approaching me headon, the guy was 35mph ( i was 15mph),he din seem to move so i pulled to my left because there was a valley to the right, at that moment the guy too pulled to his right & we hit headon.

The cop cited me, the car i was test driving was damaged, later i got to know that the car i was driving was'nt insured. Now the lady has filed a claim of $3000.

What would be the outcome of this case?

based on the facts you presented, it looks like you will be liable for the $3,000 damage to the car you were driving. When you turned to the left you entered the opposite lane of travel. The other car did the proper thing by turning to its right. You should have stopped or moved to the right as much as possible.

Sorry.

Being uninsured does not make a person at fault for an accident. It just limits their recovery, at least in California.

Were you insured? Did you have a car that was insured and were just test driving a car you were going to purchase?
