will my car get fixed?

What is the name of your state? Idaho
i was stopped at red light and the other driver had a bug in his eye and ran into the back of my car which caused my car to run into the car in front of me,they think it will be a total loss, the bad thing is,my insurance has expired on the 13th,I had forgotten to send in the payment,I did not do that on purpose,it was the other driver fault,my ex told me becuse I did not have insurance
that the other drivers insurance will not fix my car,is that true?
that is makes it my fault.

Though your not having insurance will certainly put you in a weak position (not having an insurance company to handle any disputes), it shouldn't be a problem as long as you are not find liable.

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

THREE issues, you will probably get paid for your damages, but guess what?? why should they be in a hurry to pay you...ya aint got no insurance !

Secondly, Once Motor vehicles finds out, your license will probably be suspended, and you will have to get high risk insurance.

Third: I cant belive you are sooooo stoooopid. You see girl the insurance companies have these nice liitle girls on their TOLL FREE 800 NUMBER just waiting for you to call and pay your bill.

All you need is a credit card or a bank account, and the whole thing takes less then 15 minutes...

Hell I just paid my payment today over the phone in an Totally automated system...i entered my policy #, my credit card #, the amount of the payment, and 15 SECONDS later i got a verification # that means my insurance is still valid and paid up...

I know YOU can do the same thing if you try hard enough.
