I was in a horrible car accident a month ago. A car hit us from behind, I was in the passenger seat. I was rushed to the ER, several exams were done, Xrays, MRI's...etc....My lower back, neck and shoulders hurt all the time. My vision dropt significantly, I am seeing an eye doctor for that. According to the doc, the optical nerve is being compressed. What kind of settlement should I expect and what are the things I need to be aware of?
