I was in a accident on 12-1-05. Other driver was at fault and got the ticket.
Her insurance company paid for a rental car until today.
I have a lawyer. Can't call because office was closed today.
Got the lawyer because of pain and suffering and doctor's visits.
Still going to doctor. Ouestion? Is how long should I have been able to keep rental car. Shop found extra damage to my car last tuesday. Adjustor went and paid for a extra damage found. Her insurance company is mad with me because I won't use their shop. My shop is better.

car accident

I have had the rental car 1 month today.
Adjuster went to look at my car on the 7th and 27 of Dec,.
Shop found more damage after they started to take car apart.
First damage was $5700 and on the 27th addional $1327. But this is 2005 car.

you keep the rental until your car is fixed. whether the other carrier pays for all of the rental or not is something you need to discuss with them.
