Hi I purchased a cash vehicle for a relative. The vehicle is in my name, She had several accidents in the car and she had no license or insurance. The insurance companies are trying to make me pay. What should I do to avoid paying these people? Is there a way out?

Ouch! The owner should always have insurance, because if the driver does not or cannot pay, liability falls back onto the owner. And I imagine you could get into other trouble for allowing an unlicensed driver to use it.

Ultimately they pay and/or you pay.
