car accident

I'm from Massachusetts, and was in a car accident with friend1 and friend2. Friend1 was driving and hit a curb. I have a restraining order on friend2. We are also both on probation, friend2s terms of probation are to not be around me. However, police did not show up to the scene, as it was only a curb. But for insurance purposes friend1 told company that friend2 and I were in the same car. Now the question is, when the insurance company calls me can I get in trouble for being with friend2?

The insurance company would have never known about the restraining orders.

what is friendwhatever, claiming on his insurance?

Im not sure, but hes tryign to get it all paid for. And if we were to goto court, would anything of our restraint or probation come up?

If he has collision coverage, he files a claim and they pay for the repair minus the deductible. They don't give a crap who was in the car or why. There is no court. Your friend damaged his own car, what's he going to do, sue himself?
