What is the name of your state? Missouri
Wife and daughter were in a car accident where other driver was at 100% fault. Our brand new car was totalled and both my wife and daughter were injured. This happened over a month ago and they are still being treated for their injuries. I should also add that my wife was 8 months pregnant at the time and has yet to have the baby. The other guy's insurance has been great in dealing with the property loss and gave me a fair price for my car. I know, as the medical bills pile up, this may get more complicated for me to handle by myself but I thought I should ask what to expect with the medical bills, pain and suffering etc... from the insurance company. I believe the medical bills will be pretty straight forward but the pain, suffering and any long term effects on my daughter, the new baby, and my wife. How does this all get figured?
