| I was rear-ended in Maryland and am trying to settle with the insurance company. They want to offer me $1800, while I want $2000. The issue is my pain and suffering. My neck hurt after the accident, and I want more money, but I am not interested in suing them in small claims court it is too much of a pain. Can I talk to the insurance adjustor's supervisor? If I do that can the supervisor retract the original offer of $1800 if they think that's too much. Thanks.
