Being sued comes to mind. Does your boy friend have any insurance?

I dont think there is anything you can do. I had an accident and me and my husband were separated. The car and insurance was in his name and he didnt pay the payment so it was canceled. The insurance company of the person i hit is going after him, and not me. That sounds kinda crappy, but its the way it is.

IF he had insurance, it may provide some coverage, but with that many cars involved, even if BOTH of you had insurance coverage it probably still wouldn't be enough. You will both probably be held responsible, you for letting him drive your car when it was uninsured, him for causing the accident. This could be potentially really bad for the both of you and I would suggest consulting a lawyer for further advice.

Also, my brother has epilepsy and every time he has had a seizure he has had to file with the DMV and had his license suspended for 6 months and I think he had to get a doctor's note to get it reinstated. Your boyfriend should check with the DMV in your state to see if there are any similar requirements. I do hope he wasn't injured badly in the accident.
