Car Accident-Not at Fault

I was in a car accident in september, the insurance company totalled my car and gave me an amount for it leaving $1700 that i still owe. Is there any way i can recover this money from the other driver? (they ruled that the other driver was 100% at fault)

Also i have had neck and back pain since then and am seeing a chiropractor for care. Is the insurance company liable for compensating me for pain and suffering?

I am in minnesota.
