Car Accident other party found at fault by my insurance & police officer

What is the name of your state? Texas

I was traveling on the right side of the roadway, while the other party was stopped on the left side w/o any signal lights, as I proceed straight forward and passed the other vehicle the driver made a right turn striking my vehicle. After listening to both sides of the story seperately the officer at the scene found the other party at fault & issued him a citation for failure to yield right of way. After speaking with my insurance company they found the other party at fault but I am still the one footing the bill. I have lost my unborn child, and am stuck with paying for this rental that everyone (bodyshop owner/tow truck guy) convinced me to get along with my deductible. The Other party's insurance is saying I was at fault.

That is why we have courts of law. It looks like that is where you will end up on this one.

Contact a P I attorney.
