on friday, my car was parked behind a frat house in their parking lot. when i went to get my car, the garbage dumpster from the frat house next door was in the side of my car, leaving a grapefruit size dent in my car, and damaging the side of the spoiler.
there has been a lot of tension between the two frat houses, and last year, the one house broke my car antenna and paid for the replacement.
Is there any way that i can sue them legally? apparently no one saw who pushed the dumpster into my car, but the circumstances point to the frat house next door.
