car accident settlement

What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state?What is the name of your state?
GEORGIA
Can I collect from both sides and all,I will explain:fault driver policy limts 100/300/100 + U/U 25/50/25 my girlfriend(now my wife) policy limts 100/300/100 +U/U 50/100/50 both the same insurance co.I had serious injury diagnosed by specialists M.D + Ph.d.

I don't know. There isn't many details. I know you can't use uninsured and under insured if the person had insurance. It comes from the 100/300 policy. You can't lose both.
