Car accident-settlement ?

What is the name of your state? IL . I was in a car accident and the insurance company from the guy who hit me already gave me a settlement offer for my property damage. They will be calling me soon to offer a settlement on my medical bills, which is about 350.00 can I also have them include time off of work and pain and suffering? How much should I expect?

A: No; you can collect only direct and consequential damages.
