car accident settlement

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
I live in MA> and was in a hit and run accident- the other driver plead guilty. It has now reached the settlement phase. her insurance company is saying that the 2 MRI's I had {rupture neck disc} was covered under my health insurance so it is not added to the medical bill total to determine the pain and suffering amount. Is this true??
Total medical bills 7,000
loss wages 2,000
car damage 8400
what do you think I should settle for?

That is not a question that can be answered over the internet, especially with the tiny amount of information you've provided.
