car accident without insurence

Ohio.Hi I had a question I got in a accident last nite.But I don't have insurence.Is my license going to be taking away from me or with I be giving a fine to pay.But the accident wasn't it my it was the other driver's would pulled out in front of me.

Yes, your license will be suspended, and you will be paying fines. But, those are just the beginning of your nightmare.
