What is the name of your state? Arizona

My sun did a stupid thing. He drove in a car without an insurance. He drove at a low speed when anothore car drove backwards out of an parking lot. He has practicaly no demage but the other car has. The parking and road belongs to complex of houses and is not open to others. What is a sensible thing to do. There was no witness. It was not his fault i believe still the other party's insurance company is asking for information.

The only information it needs is the location of where it can inspect and pay for the damage to your son's vehicle; its insured is at fault for unsafe backing.
