A car backed into mine. I have no Insurance

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

I was in a parking lot inside a business and a car backs into mine. They have insurance and i do not. It is there fault. Is my car covered from their insurance. Tn has a financial responsibility law that every car should have liability insurance.

**A: wow, what place were you at where the parking lot was inside a business. Must have been a huge business or a small parking lot.

A little scratch starts at around $500.

It goes up quickly from there.
