A few days ago I was at home with my 2 kids and there was a huge explosion. We went out to see what it was and my car was on fire. After the fire cheif did an investigation it was determined that someone had bombed my car. They had used a pipe bomb and a cocktail together to blow it up. I believe I know who it was but the police cant locate the person. Car loan balance was $13,900 but it bluebooks at $11,375. It was fully insured but I'm afraid that insurance co will only pay bb amt. What do I do?
