My car was broken into while parked in my upscale suburban apartment complex's underground parking garage. The management claims no responsibility for the break in and told me I must have been targeted by someone I work with. Do I have any claim against the building for not taking the proper security measures to prevent something like this from happening or to catch someone in the process of doing this?
