| Car hit bike rider

my son was riding his bike to a friends house and a car backing out of their driveway didn't see him coming because they looked only to their left and didn't look to their right which was the way my son was riding. He had no brakes because they had just broken. so unforturnately they collided. He told her he was ok but hours later he is really hurting in his back and neck and arm, what should i do? |
