I recently had about $5,000 dollars hail damage done to my car. I made the claim with the insurance company but they "insist" I pick out a body shop to have it fixed at. I want to know if it is my legal right to have the money sent directly to me. I have no lean on my car and owe nothing. Thanks for any input.
