What is the name of your state? From NY. I got rear ended 7/01 and am owed $1000 deductible from my ins co. They say the other company is giving them a hard time and they have lawyers involved in reaching a settlement. I keep calling and calling and they say that I should be receiving payment at the end of the month, That was back in September. What is the best course of action? I was thinking of small claims court. Any ideas would be great appreciated.
