car rental insurance

What is the name of your state? minnesota - - does your automobile insurance co. have the right to tell you that you MUST rent from a particular rental agency? (this question pertains to renting car after accident ties up car for period of time.)

Many insurance companies make deals with rental agencies to save money. Their only obligation is to provide a rental car, if you don't like the company the insurance company doesn't have to pay.
