car wreck

What is the name of your state? TEXAS

back in janurary i was involved in a hit and run. i followed the driver who hit me and found out where he lived and everything. police were called to the his residents and they verified who it was who hit me. turns out it was the owner and insureds son who had "stolen" his parents car and hit me. after months of dealing with their inisurance company, they (his insurance company) say they will not pay for the damage to my vehicle because it was stolen by the son. are they doing something illegal? i was under the impression regardless of who is driving the vehicle, the insurance company is liable ESPECSIALLY if it was stolen. what can i do? i havent signed any papers yet!

You sue the son and the father for your damages.

Nope. Their insurance company is not liable if the vehicle was stolen... which they are apparently claiming is the case.

Nope. See above.

As suggested, file a lawsuit against the driver and the owner. Let the owner explain to the court how he is not liable due to the vehicle being stolen.... and his not reporting as such to the police. Also, if the vehicle was stolen with the keys available to the son, the owner could be liable for making the keys available...

There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution).

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!
