car wreck with no insurance

kentucky i was in a accident friday and just found out that my wife didny pay the insurance. i was wondering wha the fine is and what can happen. her car was not that bad but she hit my side and tore the passenger door up and broke the axel on the front right tire. i ended up goin to the hospital saturday because of my side,neck and back but at the time of the accident it wasnt bothering me that bad my side was hurting and i thought it was just jerked hard.so i was wandering what can they do besides sueing me. we still owe 560.00 dollars on the car and my dad thinks it will be totaled so now i think my life is ruined because i have no way to get to work now.so if someone can give me advice i would really appreciate it. sincerely, mystereee
