I live in IL, however, the incident took place in WI. I was at a casino (on Indian Reservation Land). My friends and I got a drink as we arrived. When the women serving the drink opened the can she must have cut her finger. A minute or two later, we noticed blood on top of our cans. I was so disgusted because I had probably drank her blood and pitched the can asap. My money returned also had blood on it. We then went to customer service and they informed us that she was already in the back getting treated. We tried to speak with an EMT about getting testing for AIDS,etc., but he was really rude. (Said to me "listen here honey" in a sarcastic voice)
We then spoke with the beverage director, who called us vampires for drinking blood. After an hour of being mistreated and saying we are not leaving until you take some action, we filled out an incident report. Nothing has been done since then.

Shouldn't the casino had taken better control of the situation and is there any legal action I can take?
