Hi all,
I recently met with an accident at an intersection where i was supposed to yield but didn't know because the yield sign was down.
The report by the cop says , at this point no one is at fault ,'cause
he was not there at the incident and both of us came to the intersection at the same time. I filed a claim with farmers insurance.I might be meeting an adjuster any time soon.He lost his headlight and an indicator light.But most of the damage was to my cars bumper and headlights.So i need some advice.The guys already claiming to have a backpain and for lost wages.Can you please help me out.
