| chaging registerion and plates to another car.

I had registed a car for a friend. Two (2) months later he had put the registerion and the plates on the 2nd car. He has paking violations tickets, $1,700. I never gave him permission to register the other car. I saw a judge and she said i have to pay in full. I filled for appeal. What can I do? |
