City owned tractor/ bushog vs Auto

What is the name of your state? Tennessee

How is one to know if an offer is better than going to trial. I am facing that problem right now. My last message explained the meat of the case. I don't want to go to trial, just because it has been hard so far ( am actually mad because no one should be drug to the last minute). I don't want to be short changed either.
I want to accept what is proper. My home suffered a great deal. I lost my father this year and I didn't have enough money to help him out before he died. I have been having to spend it on a case i feel we should of had to go thru for so long. The lies and facts were there in the beginning. Thats about what I wanted to say on this matter. I will need no more help in the future. One other thing. If anyone knows of any cases where a person was injured by one of these non-licensed highway mower/ bushog wrecks has been recorded in the records, sure would like to see it.
