Claiming Settlement

Texas- Minor's Settlement. Father was my guardian who versed the people who hit us. I am 18 and would like to claim settlement, how do I do that? I need to release funds in trust.

yeah, I have one dealing with my victim case, but NJ laws are much different than Texas. I am just trying to find out if there is a form I need or something. I only have 1 paper on this case and it is how much the settlement was for. Nothing else. My father must have trashed the rest. Now I have to track down the people who have my trust. Thanks anyway.
